Shipping:

We ship Worldwide using the following shipping methods:

1)      Door to door service with DHL (for one, two, up to four units)

2)      Door to Airport service (great rates for most destination)

3)      Freight by Sea: less expensive, allow six to eight weeks for delivery (Applies to large orders only)

4)      You may also use your own freight forwarder.

Door to Door Service:

For one, two or up to 5 items we can ship using DHL Worldwide Express directly to your door. We offer affordable shipping rates to most countries.

For Australian customers we can ship door to door, however the rates are expensive. In this case we encourage our Australian customers to use our Door to Airport Service.

Door to Airport service:

We ship to most international airports Worldwide.
The rates are affordable even better than those you might have in mind. Ask us for a Shipping Quote.

Import Taxes:

All merchandise is shipped from Buenos Aires, Argentina. Because of the Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) our products are not submitted to the normal customs duties. Merchandise enters most countries without being charged customs duties. We use a Form A (Certificate of Origin) that comes with the rest of the documents to let the Customs know about the origin.

United States: 4% (approximate) of Duties. You should not be required to pay additional tax.

European Countries: Free duties, but (IVA) VAT applies.

United Kingdom: Free duties, but (IVA) VAT applies.

Australia: Free duties, but GST applies

Payment methods:

Payment in full is required before orders are shipped.

1) Credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Discover or American Express).

2) Bank Transfer (Wire transfers) in US dollars.

Most of our orders are delivered within 4 weeks. Have in mind if you are looking for whole studio equipment we will need at least 5 weeks to fulfill your order and 5 more days of transit time. Delivery time to be confirmed upon order.
